How to Report Lost or Stolen Debit Cards
Please call our Bigfork branch at 218-743-3145 or our Kelliher branch at 218-647-8222 during normal business hours. To report your card after business hours, please call Shazam at 1-800-383-8000. Also, use your Shazam BOLT$ app to block your card if you think you have just misplaced it.
How to Report Lost or Stolen Prepaid Cards
Please call Customer Service immediately at 1-800-486-0292. Customer Service will "block" your card, so no transactions can take place and will assist you in getting a replacement card.
